Dolfi is a novel cleaning technology which cleans clothes with power of ultrasound without any damage.
Users simply put their clothes in waterproof container, add water, detergent and Dolfi. Once the device is turned on, it will start glowing blue as it cleans your clothes. The blue light indicates ultrasound vibrations in the water. After 30 to 40 min, clothes are fresh and clean. They just need to be rinsed and dried.
Developed by MPI Ultrasonics, a Swiss company, Dolfi utilizes ultrasonic cleaning, which has been applied in industry and in medical practices. Materials that require delicate and thorough cleaning like surgical instruments and watches are cleaned by ultrasonic technology.
Dolfi has a multi-frequency transducer that develops modulated wideband progressive sound waves. These travel through water to create microscopic high-pressure bubbles. The tiny bubbles subsequently implode, and millions of micro-jet liquid streams are created and safely wash away all dirt from fabric.
Dolfi is designed to be portable, making it an easy-to-use cleaning option for travelling. It’s also silent when working, so you wash during late hours without disturbing anyone who may be sleeping. Additionally, “Handwash Only” clothes can be cleaned with Dolfi; it’s well suited for delicates.
The device was also created to be energy efficient. It consumes about 80 times less energy than a conventional washing machine. It’s completely safe to leave the Dolfi on past the standard cycle and can potentially improve results.
