Novabrik is a unique, interlocking concrete brick siding system that stacks and locks together to form a weather-resistant, maintenance-free, and durable brick exterior. All the inconveniences of mortar have been eliminated. Novabrik can be installed in freezing temperatures without the additional costs usually incurred in the winter with conventional masonry installation.
Novabrik® self-ventilated, mortarless brick siding is a unique system composed of tongue-in-groove units made of high-strength concrete with a rockface or smooth face texture. Because Novabrik hangs on the wall, no brick ledge or steel angle is necessary for support at the base of the wall or above openings.
Novabrik is installed on the wall with corrosion-resistant screws. They hang on the wall and lock together as they are stacked.
Novabrik measures 8″ high x 8″ long, the visible face measures 4″ high.
The only self-ventilated mortarless brick veneer that screws and mechanically fastens to the walls.
The house itself is constructed from steel or wooden framing, and then covered with wood sheathing or insulation. A single layer of brick is built near each exterior wall and attached to the house with metal ties.
Novabrik’s mortarless brick siding comes in a variety of colors and textures throughout Canada. The color swatches presented here may not accurately represent actual brick colors.
