In this webinar, Dr John Krakauer, a John C. Malone Professor of Neurology, Neuroscience, and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Director of the Brain, Learning, Animation, and Movement Lab at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, will explore the neurobiology (study of the nervous system and how the brain works) of recovery of the arm and hand after a stroke in the context of animal models and humans. The discussion will also focus on novel approaches to enhance recovery, including immersive games.
