Zero Breeze Is A Battery-Powered Air Conditioner For Cooling On The Go.

Unlike other portable air conditioners, the Zero Breeze doesn’t require a power outlet, as it comes with a battery dock that can keep it running for five hours between charges. It uses a rotary compressor with Dupont’s R-134a refrigerant, the same coolant used for the air-conditioning systems found in automobiles and home chiller systems.

A portable air conditioner, it measures just 18.3 x 6.5 x 3.8 inches (l x w x h) and weighs 8.8 pounds, all while delivering enough cooling power to lower the temperature in a 50-foot room. More impressively, it can get temperatures to as low as 44.6 degrees Fahrenheit in close quarters, which should be cold enough to make you want to wear a light jacket.

Zero Breeze is said to use a rotary compressor and to function as a real air conditioner, not a “swamp cooler” or other less-than air cooling device. The inclusion of a battery pack makes it portable. There are a total of three fan speeds and cooling settings, two USB ports, an exhaust hose for indoor use, and an LED light for illumination with minimal power consumption. Users will see up to 3.5 hours of run time when using the device on its “High” setting and 5 hours on “Medium.”
