The Back End of Innovation: A Business Conference to Attend

The Back End of Innovation is responsible for taking an idea and transforming it into an ultimate product success. Generating the idea is only half the battle. The real challenge lies in taking that innovation, executing it effectively and commercializing it, resulting in driving the bottom line profitability. BEI is an event for those in charge of bringing innovations to life, from using metrics to identify the highest yielding ideas, to creating cultures that drive innovation, to carrying it through to market.

Have you ever asked yourself…

  • How do I judge the potential of ideas in my portfolio?
  •  What tools & skills can help me in my role?
  •  How do I know if I am on the right path?
  •  How can I create a culture where it is understood that failure leads to success?
  •  What type of organizational structure do I need to have in place to push ideas through to market?
  •  How do I find the right partner and when is the right time to get a partner on board?
  •  What go to market strategies have worked for others and which haven’t?

100% of the Focus is on the Execution because an idea without the proper implementation and ecosystem to support it will never become anything more. BEI 2014 promises to give you a new understanding of how to execute effectively. View innovation through a different lens and change how you do business. Ensure that wrong ideas are excluded and the right ones can move through the pipeline to commercialization.
